Participant Agreement
Before May 1st, 2010, you may register with a deposit. The balance is due May 1st, 2010. Registrants applying after May 1st, 2010 must pay the tuition in full at time of registration. Deposits are nonrefundable. No refunds after June 15th, 2010. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Within 24 hours of registering, you will receive an email invoice. Payment must be received within 48 hours from the time the invoice is sent. After that, the class space will be released. If you are paying only the deposit, another invoice for the balance will be sent on Monday, April 19th, 2010. The balance must be paid in full by May 1st, 2010. Payment plans will be arranged individually. Receipt of payment will be estimated for those paying by check. I have read and understand the above terms.
